Saturday
night before the show the series honors its champions for the year at their
annual awards banquet. A special thanks to all the volunteers that make all the
events and awards banquet happen. Good food, good fun and bench racing was
enjoyed by all.

On Sunday
morning the UTZ Arena at the York Fairgrounds opens to a full hall of mostly
vintage and some modern parts and bike vendors. Every year the crowd grows with
many looking for those hard to find parts and those two-wheel gems from days
going by.
There
is a vintage bike show that’s second to none that’s hosted by the Mid-Atlantic
Bikes from the Broom Works in Baltimore, MD. In talking with Mike Slate one of
the shows promoters he shared that at least 80 of the 100 entries were new to
the show this year and the number was most likely more than that.
This year’s People’s
Choice award went to Steve Dance from Jarrettsville, MD featuring his
1951 twin
piped Triumph Trophy.
Another really cool piece was this 1985 Rotax powered Tiger 200 trike
displayed by Blueline Graphics.
