Weekend Race Report - Pagoda Dirt Bike Festival

I tell you what, the folks from the Pagoda Motorcycle Club did it again. Just weeks ago I looked at all the activities they had planned for their annual Big Bucks weekend and my only thought was that it would take an act of God to pull it all off. Let me tell you that they are truly Blessed there.

Riders stage for the Boyesen Buddy Boogie relay race.

The gates opened on Friday for this "Dirt Bike Festival" which included supercross practice and demo rides on the evening. Saturday offered a full line up of activities and Sunday brought their annual Pro Am motocross event to town. Please take a look at the short video recap below then scroll to the bottom to learn more and to link to results and images from the weekend.

The racing was this close all weekend long at Pagoda.

Riders came from near and far for this event that hosted both XC and MX racing.

If you like Enduro racing then check out the Scrub Pine Enduro this weekend in South Jersey.

Weindel and Wagner go head to head in holeshot racing competition.

Braxton Keiffer is the man to beat in mini racing action.

The event was also Round #11 of the D-6 Henrietta Classic Series.
Racers raised money all year long and an all expense paid trip was awarded to
Jerry Fessler and his family for his service to the series.

Riders and participants had a coloring contest this year sponsored by the
Pagoda Motorcycle Club to help raise money for Cystic Fibrosis.

Coty Schock (center) would be the man to beat winning both Pro AM
O/A's on the weekend.

Schock would come from behind in many of his motos and was all but dead last in a first turn
pileup in his first Open moto. He would work his way thru the pack of 35 riders to finish
second and earn a first O/A for the weekend winning the lions share of the Pro Am purse.
