Brapp Magazine Weekend Race Report - Ox Bo Harescramble

What can I say - Mother Nature tried to defeat us once again but the racers of our region are saying nothing doing, bring it on. 568 riders lined up in the rain, the mud and the muck to get it done at the South Penn Enduro Riders Skip Stoner Memorial Ox Bo Harescramble.

The Pee Wee racers kicked off the event in the rain on Saturday.

SPER put up $2500 to win and the racers they did come. Check out the video below to catch up with some of the action then scroll thru the blog to find links to race results and images from all the classes.

Below find a few images of the weekends action and make sure you pick up the next issue of

Brapp Magazine - Weekend Race Report

This past weekend took us to the Happy Ramblers Motorcycle Club for Round #3 of the MAMA MX race series. The event kicked off on Saturday with a great battle in the Senior 50 plus race division.

Greg Voell and Mike Farmer battle in the 50 plus year old division.

Mother Nature would once again play havoc with the event as the short video below explains. Check that out then scroll down to see all images and results from the weekend.

The rain held for most of the day Saturday but the violent thunderstorms and rain would roll in to once again turn the weekend into a mud fest on Sunday. Just under 100 racers hung in on this Mothers Day Sunday to do what they love most.

Gavin Heath (120) would take three Novice division wins on the weekend.

Laina Randolph would grab 4 overalls at Happys

Next Saturday: $2000 to win, top 10 pay out for Big Bike. Dash for prizes for 85, 65, 50, and Pit Bike. Belt trophies, New Era podium hats, Fly Bucks, gift cards, tires, 100% goggles and much more for prize packs. Silent Auction includes autographed plastic, jerseys, goggles. Weekend Race Report - WRMC and MDRA

What a difference a day can make. Saturday we spent a warm sunny day in southern York County hanging out in the woods watching our friends that follow the Mid Atlantic Vintage Trials Series at the White Rose Motorcycle Club. Then overnight the rains came to turn Doublin Gap's Motocross Course into the May Mud Bowl for their MDRA Series race. Never the less a good time was had by all.

Props go out to all the 50cc racers and their parents for getting the job done.

Check out our video recap below then follow down to link to pictures and results from all the weekends events.
